Dr. Hess is amazing! Not only is he very professional and knowledgeable, he never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He will explain things clearly and kindly, without making you feel like you are taking up his time. He makes you feel like you are important and I truly believe he cares very much for his patients. We need more doctors like this gentleman.
