Dr. Khalil has been very caring and helpful for my family. My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Khalil was proactive in having a follow-up visit with her and a second visit when I was concerned about her pain. He even provided his personal number over the weekend in case I had any concerns. The office is state of the art and staff is very caring. I highly recommend this office.

I wish i would have read these reviews before my visit. I needed a new dentist because my insurance changed. I chose this office because it was brand new and the facility was beautiful. I went in for a cleaning and had no problems prior. I visited my previous dentist every 6 months, and haven't needed work in at least 5 years. Well, Dr. Khalil disagreed and recommended a crown. I figured, well maybe he is right. I haven't had work done in a long time. I agreed to have it done and the procedure was a nightmare. He blamed the computer software for not working because he built three different crowns. Every time he set a crown, he would take an xray and the xray indicated the crown didn't fit. On the third try, he didn't xray for fear of the xray saying that it didn't fit. When I asked him if he was going to do an xray, he said "no, it fits perfect." The office was closing, and he had to leave. Needless to say, i have a lot of pain, and i think he damaged surrounding teeth. I have to find another dentist. I will definitely be looking at reviews first. I hope i saved at least one other person from all this trouble and expensive mistake.

The worst doctor's visit ever! The billing lady Betsy was impolite and abrasive. She canceled our appointment without informing, justifying that we were 15 minutes late in our last visit. She seems to run Dr. Khalil's office. This was terrible experience only because of her. The doctor seemed fine but going through her for appointments and billing stops us to go back to him. Loss of patients that she does not seem to care. Practice must be doing too well!! Good for them!!

I went in to have my teeth whitened. The next day when I woke up, I was in a lot of pain and my upper lip was very swollen. I went back to Dr. Khalil to find out what was wrong and he said that "sometimes the light that is used for the whitening treatment escapes." The next day I was still in a lot of pain, so I made an appointment with a family member who is a periodontist. He informed me that my inside upper lip was severely burned from the light used for the whitening treatment; that the treatment was done incorrectly and that's why it resulted in a burn. I felt that Dr. Khalil should of been honest with me, admitted his mistake and refunded me my money. To say the least, he lost a patient.

We really enjoy coming to Dr. Khalil. He is really good with my kids and they look forward to coming in. I have also had great experience there. The staff is very friendly. It's a warm enviroment.

Horrendous office/billing staff ruin an otherwise favorable dental visit. Billing between two different family members (adults in different households) was intermixed. Two identical appointments were charged different amounts. The woman in charge of billing refuses to admit she is wrong. She is rude, abrasive, abusive and brags that you can't do anything about it because the dentist is her husband. Beware. When an office has different employees every time you visit, there is normally a reason, and I would imagine she is it.

My husband, myself and my 4 children have had excellent treatment from Dr. Khalil. Great staff and very patient with my young children. Highly recommended

Insurance Co. paid about $l,060.00 , I paid $2,000.00 took over 4 months to get a bridge to fit properly. Two teeth were ground down and one tooth inserted in the middle for the bridge. Kept sending back to remake. Suffered tremendous pain from taking off and putting on temporary bridges,a few times they had to restart the temporary bridge and put something like a roping to push up my gums, pain was terrific . Some temporaries would not pop off and had to be ground off, numerous shots that caused pain and once I shook terrible from too many shots during procedure .Pain in side of mouth lasted a week after appts. DURING COURSE OF APPTS. I ASKED ABOUT A PARTIAL REFUND AND HE SAID WE WOULD DISCUSS IT LATTER. WHEN HE WAS DONE FINALLY WITH THE BRIDGE, I ASKED HIM THAT I WOULD LIKE A PARTIAL REFUND FOR ALL OF THE UNNECESSARY PAIN AND SUFFERING AND THE DURATION FOR THE BRIDGE AND HE SAID THE WORK IS DONE AND I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANY MONEY BACK. "HE THEN SAID YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK."
