Made an appointment with dr. Kim because my dr was unavailable. Waited for an hour to see him, he spent 3 minutes with me and told me i have COPD... He didnt test me or anything...He prescribed me $900 in medications...i didnt know what COPD was until i researched it when i got home. Tried to contact him for follow up questions and he referred me to my primary care dr. I couldnt afford the medication but thats good because turns out i just had bronchitis and not COPD...i filled a complaint with Kaiser and they denied it??? .two months later they sent me a bill for $346 for an "emergency" visit. I request dr Kim to remove the charge and he will not respond...ive filled another complaint with Kaiser but im not expecting any action.
