Biography
Dr. Caplis was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from the Centenary College of Louisiana. He moved to North Chicago to complete his podiatric studies and completed his three year surgical residency there. After several years of private practice in Chicago, Dr. Caplis decided to return home, where he is excited to help patients in his home state. He specializes in podiatric sports medicine, forefoot and rearfoot surgery, diabetic wound care, and limb salvage.
