I am leaving his practice. Last two times I have called on a Thursday, the staff has told me he is leaving early and will be out Friday. Office hours are Mon- Fri. Asked if I get a prescription over the phone and they said he would call me. I called 2 more times and never received a call back. One time I set up an appointment a few months in advance for him to do a procedure on my face. When I showed up, he was out for the day and the NP was going to do the procedure. Never got a call. I left and called my Dermotologist instead. Very poor patient concern!

Wanted to take me off of a heart medicine I had been on for 15 years. Would not talk to my cardiologist about it. Will not give referrals.

Always just wants to medicate and NEVER returns phone calls. He ordered an endoscopy for me over 2 weeks ago and won't call me to discuss the results and where to go from here. I'm suspicious if the test was even necessary or if he did it for money. They often forget about prescriptions HE put me on. It's now regular to have to wait almost a week and make many calls just to get a prescription refill. The staff is always making the "we're so busy" excuse, but what that really says to me is "You aren't important enough for us to make a few minutes for you after weeks of messages and waiting". I understand not being first priority all the time, but certainly after 2 weeks and 6 messages, 5 minutes shouldn't be too much to ask. As soon as I get oks on prescription refills to last a couple of months, I'm changing doctors immediately. This office is completely disorganized, lacking in communication skills, and discourteous. Pathetic.

Does not return phone calls. Had him for over 5 years. Staff is horrible. Doctor cares more about money than his patients. Charges over $40 for medical records! These are MY records! He is charging an $18 process fee and 44cents per PAGE. That is crazy! I am very upset that I had to leave. I felt it was necessary to report this. I called in one day in total pain from a disc problem. I was headed out of town and needed something until I could see him. This was Friday morning. I waited for a call. Nothing. I called 2 others times asking them please, that I needed something. At 4PM on Friday they called back and said I needed an appointment and they couldn't take me until Monday. That was IT! That was when I finally left. Things like this happened all the time. I ended up in the ER because he would not beleive me that I had a stomach problem. He just wanted to medicate me. He needs to retire!
