At first he seemed like a great doctor, but then when I had a true problem, all he did was give us the run around. He would order all these completely unnecessary tests multiple times. Getting any answers from anyone in this office is like pulling teeth, takes a very long time to hear back from them. He listens to my mom more then he listens to me, which I feel shouldn't be the case considering that I am the patient. I will be switching doctors VERY soon very disappointed in this doctor.

I have no complaints about my visit with Dr. Marionneaux, as I felt comfortable and relieved that he understood my concerns after leaving. I have to take a controlled rx which requires that I personally pick up rx and was advised by the Dr. to call 5 days before my rx ran out to ensure my rx would be ready. The first time I called 5 days in advance, I never receieved a call to inform me my rx was ready, so by Friday 4:00pm I went down to pick it up and it still wasn't ready, so I offered to wait...no problem. The next month I called to have my rx filled 3 days in advance and called to see if it was ready and it was not I asked the recept. what is the best way to ensure I get my rx on time and explained my ordeal the month before and it not being ready this month and she told me if I called too early it wouldn't be filled; why I called 3 days ahead. I was told that when it was ready I would get a call. Thurs. met the 72 hour window; no call; /Fri. no call. Tomrw. is Mon???

I think Dr. Marionneaux is a nice guy and a good doctor , but one should not have to spend 2-3 hours at the doctors office. If you call for anything get ready to wait 3 or 4 days before getting a response. Father Time moves faster than this man.

We have BC/BS and Tricare so no co-pay. Dr. Marionneaux was our family physician for approximately 7 years. We have relocated to another state or we would still be in his practice. He is open, caring, remembers who you are and what your past medical history may be. He gives you all of the time you may need for examination and/or answering questions. He is as close to a dream doctor as you can hope to find. Try him, you'll like him!
