Dr. Sequeira is a poor listener. He will over talk you so he does not hold what you are talking about. Every time I come there for my appointment on time I may say I end up waiting 30 to 40 min be for I am seen. He needs to slow down and listen and return phone calls, it took three calls to him before we talked and this was over a week and half of time since my first message.
