Had appt with Dr. Brown. Decided to get tonic lens. Paid 2 weeks in advance for the topic lens which helps with distance vision. Had the surgery. Eight days later he told me he had put in a regular IOL- without discussing the change with me. No distance improvement in that eye. The day AFTER I was told I didn't have a topic lens I was credited back for the topic lens.

The staff has failed to return calls to me on several occasions.
Dr Brown knows his work but is, in my experience very difficult to engage in dialogue.
I had cataract surgery in both eyes and in both cases he keep me waiting three hours.
