Loves to involve HRS for no good reason. She don't know her job and can't figure out a treatment so she chooses to say parents are neglectful cause she hasn't a clue. Unprofessional, uneducated and a horrible person in general.

A liar, rude, hateful, unfriendly, incompetent and makes up stories to suck up to her higher ups and fit her situation. Do not go to her!

Disappointing experience(s) as a first-time parent. Lacking bedside manner. We switched providers after several visits.

Go to Dr. Viator! Dr. Molly has no bedside manner and not very knowledgable! She had to leave twice to ask Dr. Viator questions about my child. She never once spoke to my child as they were trying to talk to her. She completely ignored them and was short when talking to me!

My daughter is just weeks old and we never wait long, staff is friendly. Dr. Smith is informative and bed side manner is good. I don't need a best friend I need a knowledgeable Dr. And so far I appreciate her thorough yet timely and accurate exams. If u want a BFF join a social network.

We have been going to see Dr Mollie and Dr Viator for 2 1/2 years. They are always extremely helpful. I have never had a long wait time at most maybe 15 mins.

The 1st time I visited front desk staff was rude. Never one to make an assumption on a doctor based on them I proceeded to fill out the necessary paperwork. I am visiting for 8 months from out of town & my children are on an alternative shot schedule. They get 1 vaccination each time & not the multi shot that most doctors try to give their little bodies. I am a firm believer that it is up to the parent whether they should or should not vaccinate & how. I DO get all vaccinations just do 1 at a time because there is NO way of knowing which shot it was if they have a reaction unless you do them individually. At any rate, my children have been on this schedule with our doctors back home & I am diligent about getting their shots & knowing EVERYTHING possible about each.
My visit was to get my 11month olds Polio #3 shot & to see about skin reaction my other child was having. When I first signed up I offered the paperwork from my previous doctor showing their vaccination records & the lady handed them back to me & asked me to just bring them next time. I called to make an appointment & the lady asked if I had their shot records & she said she would not be able to make the appointment until AFTER I gave them the records. Not wanting to drive BACK there again to give them the paperwork again I simply made the appointment to get my 3 year olds skin checked & told them I would bring it at the visit. I asked the lady if I could get my 11month olds Polio shot while there & she said that wouldn't be a problem & I could get the multi shot with all of the vaccinations in which I replied that I have already gotten her other shots & only needed the one. She then replied that they don't do an alternative shot schedule & I would have to give my daughter the multi shot. I asked her why she would give someone a shot that they already had. She then realized what she was saying &said she would have to see but she thought that they had a polio only shot they could give & to ask when I came in. On our visit we were reached again with cold front desk ladies despite our upbeat &nice demeanor. 20 minutes after arriving we were finally called to go back. After the door closed in the room 45 minutes passed before Dr. Smith came in. She was nice & friendly & explained the skin diagnosis. A rude nurse opened the door during my child's check-up who argued with the doctor that she just wanted to explain "their shot procedure" & the doctor had to tell her AFTER she was done. After the doctor was done the door opened & the rudest nurse with long dark black hair came in & was in some kind of hurry demanding that I get both shots that her sheet said that my other daughter needed, even though my doctors office back home said that she wasn't due 1 of them for another month. I don't know why the nurses in this office feel like they have the right to tell you what you can and cannot do with your own children? She said if I didn't get both shots that day that she couldn't & wouldn't give her the Polio shot. She said it was all or nothing & I wouldn't be able to see the doctor again if I didn't conform to what she was saying. I even called my doc's office back home & they confirmed that not enough time had passed between the last time my daughter had the shot she wanted to give her. It even states on the CDC site how long you have to wait to give them another one SAFELY! Then, what I perceived to be the office manager came in & explained their policy & I explained that I wasn't going to give my daughter more than 1 shot at a time regardless of someone else's rules. She left, then an entirely different nurse came in & finally gave her the Polio shot but would not fill out MY paperwork vaccination chart stating the shot, the EXP of the shot, and the lot number of the vaccination. Why would you NOT fill this out? I shouldn't have allowed her to give her the shot unless she filled it out. She did grab it &made a copy but gave it back to me without filling it out. The rudeness & direct attack on me was overpowering. I was in shock &disappointed at how a doctors office, let alone a pediatricians office could be so cold &mean to not only me but my children. I left feeling violated, & everyone there was cold as we were walking out. I will NEVER step foot in that place again &hope that SOMEONE does something about the nurses in that office. They have no right being that mean to people, let alone people bringing in small children. I must mention that making me wait over 45 minutes w/a 3 year old & 11 mo old w/NO books or anything in the room for them to look is absurd. Children can't sit still that long.
There is no harm in giving 1 shot at a time. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office. There are good Pediatricians out there who will work WITH you no matter what YOUR choices are. It is up to a parent to research & decide what is best for their child & your pediatrician should be an extension of your beliefs

We have used Dr. Viator and Dr. Smith for 2 years. We have very young children so are in for regular and sick appointments at least 6 times a year. The wait in the lobby is always a minimum of 30 minutes. The wait time in the room is usually 15 or more minutes. Today we were waiting for a total of 1 hr and 45 minutes. Dr. Smith came into the room and spend all of two minutes looking at our son. There was no hello, how are you, or how are you feeling. She has never been overly sweet or concerned but today she was just plain rude. The rest of the staff are very nice. Dr. Viator is nice but is not in the office much anymore. Today's visit was the last straw. We will drive out of town to find a better, more timely and nicer pediatrician.

Poor manners, no introduction, did not smile. She was snappy with my five year old son and wouldnt even acknowledge him when he tried to speak with her. We left very emotionally unsatisfied.
