I seen Dr. Harris in his office from the beginning. When he first started his staff was wonderful very nice, considerate, and helpful with any of my concerns. He had a little girl in the front and the back that made that office run like a top. Now, the staff is rude and mean. I don't know what happened to his front desk worker but they need to get her back the one that is there now is mean and hateful. She has no respect for the patients. All her and the "new NP" does his laugh and giggle like children. I think that to be as good of doctor as he is he needs a better staff.

I think it is a shame that a doctor as good as Dr. Harris has such a terrible and rude staff. They all are rude and mean every time I call the office or go in. The receptionist even shut the window in my face while I was in the middle of talking to her. If he doesn't get a new staff his practice will suffer. They all act like young school girls laughing and carrying on in the back while he and his patients wait for them to actually do some work.

I have seen Dr. Harris several times for blood in my urine. The very first step was a CT scan, then a cystoscopy. Later a biopsy of the bladder. None of the procedures were explained, nor the care afterwards. His staff is rude and he is also very arrogant. Seems to be more worried about your next visit, then getting you well.

I seen him after being referred by my family doctor. Dr. Harris informed me of a dx did numerous test and a couple of surgeries. His staff is very rude and his pa is unhelpful. He would not thoroughly discuss my results when I went back for my follow-up and wanted to jump into another surgery. My problem did not get any better and I ended up having to go to another urologist to fix my problem.

$40.00 is my co-pay. Dr. Harris is very knowledgable about his profession and is on top of new treatments. I had gone to another urologist and, obviously, had the wrong diagnosis. I even went through surgery that never helped. Finally, after being referred to Dr. Harris by my family doctor, I have no more pain. I am very pleased. His staff is very friendly and will talk to you about any of your concerns.

Saw him in the office 4 different occasions. Each visit I waited at least 2 hours before seeing him. I found him to be very arrogant and not compassionate. From my experiences, I would not recommend him.
