Biography

Dr. Zhang is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Pinellas and Citrus counties. He specializes in the treatment of all cancer types and blood disorders, with a specialized focus on breast cancer, lung cancer and lymphoma. After receiving his medical degree from Xinxiang Medical College in China, Wenqing Zhang, MD, went on to earn both a master’s and a doctorate in Medical Science from Beijing Medical University. He completed Internal Medicine residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY and a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Louisville James Graham Brown Cancer Center in Louisville, KY.
