As a parent of three children who have all been patients of Dr. Orezzoli I would like to use the following adjectives to describe him - competent, caring, kind, helpful, energetic, polite, friendly, intelligent, skilled, humble and compassionate! Nancy, his nurse is the same! We have never had a problem with the office staff.

Horrible practice! Doc and office manager kept telling me they did not over charge me, when they did, and my insurance said they did. Eventually they gave me my money back but only after waiting months and months, and I had to keep calling and getting verbally abused by the Kathy the office manager, and I had to spend my time driving down to the office. They still owe me more money, but they cant give me a detail print out of what I have paid. When the Doc was denying the fact that they had overcharged me, he actually told me we needed to find a doctor that accepted my military and religious beliefs, because my husband is in the Coast Guard. So especially don't go here if you have Tricare! Tricare heard the conversation with the office manager and me, and Tricare even said the way she spoke to me was customer abuse!

Dr. Orezzoli is the best. We had a different pediatrician for my daughter when she was born and switched around the time she was 1yr because I felt so rushed in and out. Our previous Dr didn't give me a chance to ask questions or raise concerns just pushed me out the door so he could move on to the next person. Dr Orezzoli is quite the opposite. He is wonderful with my children. He sits on the floor and plays with them, speaks directly to them not just to me about them and does anything he can to ease their fears, such as letting them look in mommy's ears or listen to my heart beat first. He takes all the time we need to ask questions or raise concerns and explains everything in a way typical parents can understand. When my son was born he was as concerned about my well being as my son's when he visited us in the hospital. I trust him completely and truely love the way he treats my children as if they were family!

We like Dr. Orezzoli, so it's a real shame that his front desk staff are so extremely rude and just miserable people to deal with. My husband and I have been disrespected by the older lady at the front desk on two separate occasions to the point that I feel we should look for another office to bring my son to. The doctor and nurse are great with my son, but the amount of unprofessionalism and disorganization to have to deal with make it not worth it to me. This is really too bad, and I am extremely disappointed! Talking down to patients is really not good for business.

Why do people like this guy?! We will NEVER subject our child to his rough, rude, ignorant "treatment" again. First, the office admin is RUDE. We waited an hour to see the doctor and we were the ONLY patients there that day. When he did come in, he talked to me like I was a completely negligent, stupid parent. My child had previously been diagnosed with a Sensory Processing Disorder, and he didn't even know what that was or what to do about it! He labeled my child "delayed" and "ADHD," neither of which are even remotely true. He made ridiculous referrals to specialists we did not need, and refused to make a referral for the one we DID need. The worst problem? After I explained clearly that my son had sensory issues with things touching his face/ears, but that if he would allow me to explain to my child that the Dr needed to see his ears, it would be ok, he ROUGHLY FORCED MY CHILD DOWN and jammed the otoscope into his ear, and yelled at him to stop screaming about it! I am LIVID!!!

Dr. Orezzoli is the BEST PEDIATRICIAN around! We wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and extremely approachable and friendly. I have always found him to be extremely accurate with his diagnosis. If he sends you to a specialist you can be sure that they are going to be as wonderful as he is! He always takes the time to talk to the kids as well as the parents, and you never feel rushed. The kids absolutely LOVE him. I have recommended him to a number of people and everyone has come back to thank me and tell me something that I already know “He is the best doctor ever!”

Dr. Orezzoli is the best around. I have 3 children and all of them love him, the nurses are good too. He takes the time to explain about health, nutrition and the best for your child, how your child is developing and advice to continue or change a little if you need to. He is a doctor who listens and he is not in a rush, that is an important aspect to take in consideration when choose a pediatrician. I wouldn't change him for anything, he is just wonderful. His office is very nice too where the children like to go. Because of the time he takes with every patient, it looks like he is not on time but when you see him and how he treats your child and the advice he says, it is like the waiting time is worth. He is a 5 stars doctor.

Great Dr. As others have said it sometimes takes a while to get in to see him but once you see him he gives you all the time you need. Nurse Nancy is also great. Our daughter needed a special formula (expensive) and they kept us stocked up with samples.
