Terrible overall experience. The staff wasn't the friendliest nor was the doctor. Didn't feel like the exam was thorough and that she wasn't listening more as talking over me.

What a joke this place is. Their incompetence when it comes to handling of insurance coupled with terrible service makes them a provider you'll want to run from. If your in hurry it's great because you are in and out in about 7 minutes. If you want thorough and comprehensive eye exam, go somewhere else.

Dr. Norville's office staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They are argumentative and do not return phone messages or emails. Dr. Norville herself is very nice, but her staff is awful. I will not be returning.
