Dr. Barrett needs to get rid of this Dr. before he ruins NP3. He didn't look at my MRI or reports until after he discussed his plan that I didn't need pain meds. He would not reorder them and told me that I needed to be detoxed. However, he did want to do steroid injections to my back. I am a knowledgeable nurse with an MSN and understand my back issues. I need surgery for sublaxation and herniated discs which I have avoided, but this Dr. disputed the opinion of the 3 neurosurgeons that I have seen. He is very belittling and arrogant. Also very unprofessional as he told me that I smelled. I would not recommend him to anyone for fear that you would be misdiagnosed and/or verbally abused.
