Was of no help. Was very short with answers and kept repeating himself.

Never saw my x-rays. Never answered my questions. Always said when I was ready he was there.

I saw Dr. Gates for my knee, and thought he was wonderful! I did not sense any kind of arrogance or rudeness whatsoever. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand and I was very pleased with the care I received from him. He made me feel as though I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an intelligent, caring and respectful Ortho doc.
