Just trying to get Vision records from her and she's acting like a ghost

Dr. Ngo is an excellent optomistist. She takes her time to examinate and is very thorough with her assessment. My vision is clear and comfortable with prescribtion eye glasses compared with my previous optomimists. Im very satisfied with her service and highly recommending her.
