The dentist has a good manner and seems knowledgeable, but the hygienists are hit or miss: I've had some that are tender & friendly and some that are unfriendly & rough. It is a modern facility. They always start very late; in fact, one of the hygienists apologized for the lateness and then confessed that their management works them long hours without breaks. I rate the front desk poorly; I called the front desk three times to make an appointment and twice they hung up on me (the first time I was hung up on hold and the second time she told me I needed to call again to choose a different option and immediately hung up). It is unfortunate when you find a good doctor in close proximity but you have these inconsistent experiences with the rest of the staff.
