The staff is the worst! And don't even try to express how disappointed you are in them --- they get an attitude

The staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I was called and told that they had already sent my lab requests to LabCorp and that I just need to go by there and pick up the items needed to complete my labs. I rush to get there before closing, get there and the lab has no clue what I was talking about. They went ahead and gave me the jug I needed. I showed back up on Tuesday morning to turn in the at home lab work and guess what, they still had NOT received my lab request, therefore they refused to take my lab work. Missed time from work. Called the office and informed them and ofcourse they had not sent anything and claimed to not know who called me and said it had been sent - the SAME person telling me she doesn't know who called is the SAME voice on the phone from that previous Friday. This is the first time they dropped the ball with me, but it is DEFINITELY the LAST time. I have cancelled my follow-up appt., because I don't have time to babysit the doctor and his staff. Oh and when I visited with the nurse practitioner on my first appt., she was arrogant and assumed I could barely spell my own name - yep that's how she talked to me. Well after my consultation with her, the dr. comes in and proceeds to treat the same way that the nurse treated me. They are complete morons and I will not be back. Don't waste your time.

Very Impersonal Dr. I had thyroid cancer and didnt find out until 2 weeks after the biopsy when I was scheduled to visit with who turned out to be the surgeon. The surgeon actually told me that I had cancer, not Dr Fordan. I had a follow up with him after that, Didnt see him, saw another Dr, or a practitioner. Either way, I had to give my entire medical history yet again. Wasnt happy about that. He came to my hospital room to ask me how I was doing and read my charts after the surgery, Charged me for a visit. Paid $156 for that, felt ripped off. But the thing that takes the cake just happened. I havent been to see him in a while due to lots of things that have been going on. But I called for a follow up the other day since I need a refill on the syntehtic thyroid hormone and need a follow up, but they wont authroize a refill until I come in over a month later, I refuse to be seen by a Dr that will let me go an enitre month without medicaiton that I need. Looking for a new Endo.

Dr. Fordan told me my blood work would cost $50 when it actually cost $850. Quite a difference. After phone calls and a fax asking to speak with him, he would not call back. I also found him difficult to communicate with and that he does not listen. Please think twice before visiting this doctor.
