He's one of those good guys you read about. He will go out of his way to find what I need. Friendly and caring, he sometimes doesn't have a lot of time but that's the nature of medicine today. He makes you for it in knowledge and experience.

Dr. Tsai took a lot of time finding the right medicine for lowest cost possible and took time to explain the condition, etc. Very good doctor.
