I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in Dr Lewis. He didn’t prepare me for for what testing would feel like. He started at the highest electric shock setting, and it hurt me. It looked like he enjoyed making me squirm, and he showed no empathy. He tried to make a joke out of using the electric probe. I wish I could think of something nice to say, but I’ve got nothing.

He also asked me about my sexually - which was inappropriate. I will not be returning to his office.

Had an evaluation done on 5/1. The staff and Dr. Lewis were great. Dr. Lewis gave me a better understanding of the cause of my condition so I didn't have to ask any questions.

Good visit--Dr. Lewis was very clear in his explanation of my condition and recommended a good treatment. Staff also pleasant and helpful.

Dr Lewis was efficient and through. He was cordial, reassuring and that each concern would bereevaluated at the next visit but started the ball rolling today. Can't ask for more than that!
