She's been my primary dr for years. Overall I think she's pretty good. I've had a few complaints but out of all the doctors out there, she's not bad overall.

Our family doctor retired, and referred her to us. My husband and my father are her patients. She was very thorough in reviewing their medical history before making any recommendations regarding treatment. My mother had open heart surgery, and when she made rounds at the convalescent center, she took the time to stop and say hello to my mother, even though she is not her patient. She is very compassionate, and shows a genuine concern for her patients. She worked with my father, and helped him go through the process of getting a mobility chair. She was excellent, and the company that he got the chair from was impressed with how quick the turn around was on the paper work they needed from her. She really followed through. She tends to talk a little fast if you have trouble hearing, but when I brought it to her attention, she immediately compensated, and was very nice. I have gained confidence in her medical knowledge, and would highly recommend her based on our experience.

This doctor is very inexperienced and unprofessional. She is unapathetic and has others do her work for her. She often and frequently makes blatent mistakes in her patient records and documentation and has even gone so far as to go behind patient's back when ordering tests that they do not want or cant afford. She is not trustworthy. If you dare complain, she will give you no advance warning and will release you from the entire practice, without a referral to a new physician. If you further complain for the unprofessional treatment, she will have you banned from the entire hospital, with no explanation. They do say you have the right to make a complaint, however don't or you will face their consequences. Ridiculous. I guess that's what's to be expected when drs' get trained in the Philliphines-great job Dr.Santos....go back to school!
