the staffs were rude and seem like they don't want to help you resolve the problem. They told me to call 877-474-0077. I have an issue w/ them about the payment. I mailed in the paper check on 8/22/2017 and called them on 9/25/2017, they said they haven't received any payment, so I call billing to pay over the phone by credit card and then check my bank account, they end up cashed out the check on 9/27/17. Then I called to request refund but they keep saying they haven't received payment by check, so who cash out the check. I have copy of my check showing their name on it. I been calling them back and forth for 6 times and look like they don't want to refund my money back. they never call me back, I always call them. It's ridiculous. Should I report the issue to Texas Department of Insurance? Any body recommend a better agency to file a complain ?

My son broke his nose so we were referred. I made an appointment, then later called to ask what would be done in the office. I expected something would be done right away, before it healed. This is what the emergency room doctor had told us. But the office told us the appointment was just for a consultation. Then I called back with another question, I forgot what it was. But the answer they gave me was an obvious one, so it annoyed me, so I said something like " I know that" then I hung up. I didn't hang up while she was speaking, I hung up after I spoke my sentence. Well, I guess they wanted me to say "goodbye', because a little later I got a call from them saying the doctor wanted me to find another ENT because they don't tolerate people hanging up on them. So that's just what I did and guess what? I found out that you have to wait until the swelling goes down before a good evaluation can be made. I guess Dr. Nguyen has x-ray vision and can see thru swollen tissue because no mention of this was made . I just want to thank Dr. Nguyen for not wanting us as a patient, because after reading the reviews, I would hate for my little son to be at the mercy of this guy.

I was treated ears infection. By the time he saw me in and out about 20 mins. But later I got a bill $311 for office/outpt consult em detaied/low 40 mins, and $297 for foreign body extnl auditory canal w/o anes. Visit total is $608. I tried to contact his office about 20 and 40mins in and out confusing. Their answer was I should contact my insurance company. I refuse to call my insurance company, because it was not blue cross blue shield problem . Then I was transfer to office manager to make the complaint. Get the answering, left the message. But never get the call back. What should I do next? By the way I have to pay $311 and blue cross blue shield cover $115.52 out of $297. So I own $311+ $181.48 = $492.48.

Dr. Nguyen was very friendly, he explained in detail my hearing loss and went over the treatment plan with me. I had a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend to family and friends.

This doctor was very rude, not friendly, uncaring and not one ounce of compassion towards my visit. I would never ever go back there.
