She is my dentist for a long time and I like when it is time for my dental cleaning or any other dental procedures that needs to be done. Office is very clean, modern and comfortable. Office staff are professional and helpful. Getting an appointment is a breeze. Also, I have always been seen on time. I do not remember a time that I had to wait event five minute. Two weeks before my appointment I get an email reminder as well as a phone reminder two days before my appointment. There are lots of parking spacesto park. This office is state of the art. Last crown I got was done in one visit, they have a machine now that makes crowns in one visit. I love that because I do not need come back to office and no temporary crowns. Dr. kazerooni is very nice and helpful. She explains everything before starting any procedure. She also takes pictures from my teeth and explains why I need a dental procedure. I had many dental procedures done in her office and all of them were pleasant.

1st visit - great! When I started asking about the cost that's when everything started going downhill. Dental hygienist was very pleasant and did a great job. The front desk staff was a little pushy, but tried to help me to the best of her ability. When I started asking questions, Dr.Kazerooni was very rude. Her first words to me after I came back in to see about other treatment options other than the 1st one she suggested, were, "What are you doing here?". I told her I came in to go over my treatment options. (I have cosmetic work and TMJ work. the TMJ symptoms (migraines, insomnia, etc) are keeping me from being productive at work & in life, which I feel are very impt). she looked at me with disgust b/c I didn't like the 1st plan she looked at her staff & chewed her out for trying to help me. I feel like my overall health is the most impt concern. but her concern is not about helping patients - her only concern is that we put $$ in her pocket & not ask ANY quest!
