This office is spectacular! What a fantastic experience. I have been searching for a dental office for years to meet all my needs and in one visit I found it. What a wonderful front desk. They were so helpful.

Anyone who visits Dr. Nicholas' office will see how professionally it is run. I have been going to him for several years now. His prices are a little higher than others, but the quality of work is outstanding. When having work done elsewhere I had another dentist comment on the beautiful work that he did. He is not very personable, but he is highly competent, and nice once you get to know him.

I feel I was deceived regarding billing. When the office, I was told that my insurance was accepted. After receiving services, I was sent a hefty bill. My insurance company informed me that the practice is not in my PPO and that I would receive few benefits. I called Dr. Nicholas' and spoke with the office manager. I questioned the protocol for providing patients with billing information. She said that, though the doctor is not in all PPOs, he is in some. I suggested that the protocol be revised to tell patients that the practice does accept certain insurances, but this does not mean it is in network; that a patient can receive services, but may have to pay out of network prices and may want to check with their insurance. I was told that, although my "feelings" were appreciated, educating patients in this way may deter them from coming. This is likely true, but I believe the office has a responsibility to offer this information. I have little confidence they will consider my request.

Horrible experience! This place is a joke. Dr Nicholas would rather let patients suffer than be available for help. Will not go back again

Dr Nicholas has a warm staff that is incredibly helpful and courteous. He explained what I needed to have done, showed me pictures and really helped me understand my dental situation
