Dr. Chang presents himself as quite confident, very pleasant, very knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions. Had quite a long wait, but was told by other waiting patients that the day was unusually busy and the wait was unusually long, so will overlook the long wait period. Would definitely return and definitely recommend Dr. Chang to others.
