Please avoid Dr. David E. Chinn at all costs. He charged me a co-pay even after I verified That I have FULL TOTAL COVERAGE. When my Insurance confirmed I am fully Covered and implored Dr. CHINN to refund me, his office REFUSED TO REFUND ME for 30 days. They illegally took my money. If you value your health and piece of mind then avoid Dr. Chinn

PLEASE AVOID Dr. David Chinn, of Temple/Chestnut hill Cardiology in Flourtown. He is a greedy, heartless Thief who Charged me a Co-pay (Even though I am fully covered) When his office verified my FULL COVERAGE he and they refused to refund me. even after the Insurance co. Called his office. Dr. Chinn is a moral-less, avaricious CREEP who wants to make money NOT help his patients. Avoid Dr. DAVID CHINN and Temple/Chestnut Hill Cardiology at all costs.

I called Dr. Chin to tell him I had palpitations for 4 hours and they had finally stopped but I was having trouble breathing. His answer to me was: "YOUR BREATHING SOUNDS FINE TO ME". It ended up I had fluid on the lungs. Needless to say I switched doctors.
