Proteinuria two years earlier meant chronic kidney disease. The kidney was the primary not the lungs. I do not know where you recieved your oncology training but radiology can only tell you where the cancer has spread, not the primary. Pathology confirmed the uriniary system. Ki-67 reporting should be manditory. Changing your lung biopsy to the liver was the correct change. The pancreas and a lymph node should also have been biopsied. Cg A determines tumor burden. Ki-67 amd mitotic rate are needed to treat. The genetics are not the same from organ to orgran so Cg A and Ki-67 are going to vary from organ to organ.

Dr. Rotched diagnosed lung cancer. There was not a single respitory problem. Pathlogy stated negative CK20 and TTF-1, a negative identication for lung cancer. Patient had a history of urinary cancer systems and pathology and a later radiologist verified a urinary system cancer primary.
