My first visit was helpful, but on a follow-up I felt that Dr Koerner was not fully listening to my symptoms and was ignoring much of what I said. Previously, another doctor had diagnosed me with acid-related stomach problems (possibly ulcer or gastritis). Despite the fact that I am showing the same symptoms again, along with heart-burn and excessive burping, Dr Koerner was unwilling to consider that the problem is partly acid-related. Also, in my first visit Dr Koerner had promised to discuss a psychological issue with me and asked me to bring a previous evaluation along to the follow-up. However, in the follow-up he declined to discuss the issue and told me to make a 3rd appointment. I found this disingenuous and unhelpful.
