The staff is terrible. They do nothing to make you feel welcome or cared-for. They are gossiping and laughing through-out the check-in and check-out process. None of them are dressed attractively in the least. Several are grossly overweight, one morbidly so. They are definitely not examples of good health. This doctor is friendly but seems unconcerned about my well-being. I am seeing her about osteoporosis and am on big-time meds for it, having already experienced broken bones. Yet she doesn't even ask if I am exercising, eating calcium-ruch foods, etc.

Wife saw her twice. First visit was a total waste of time. Did not even test her sugar levels, seemed rushed, told us nothing we did not already know. The second visit was 2 years later and a much better visit. Both time Dr Hamaker was friendly and nice. She needs to slow down and spend a bit more time with her patient. The office staff is awful, rude on the phone, uncaring, put you on hold forever, very very rude folks. It seems any medical office associated with Einstein has office staff staff that is the worst possible and have forgotten without hte patients they wouldn't have a job. I have yet found a central address to be able to write a complaint about the entire Einstein group.

Her knowledge base is amazing. She was quick to diagnose me and made my life easier. A friend recomended her to me.
