I have had so many shady horrible dentists. It was refreshing to have Dr.Crooks be so straightforward and honest. She explained all options, pros and cons, long term and short term results of procedures available and total costs involved. When I went to her practice she had several albums of her work and handwritten thank yous from her patients. She listened to everything I had to say, she never talked down to me, she made me feel so comfortable and her staff was wonderful as well. She just exudes this positive energy that really helps relax you when you are there getting more than just a cleaning or simple filling. I miss having her so close. She is FANTASTIC, FABULOUS and I tell everyone I know about how awesome she is!
