I had the misfortune of breaking my molar on Friday night. Dr Chen's office worked me in early Saturday morning. I was a new patient. They were efficient, polite, friendly & helpful. The staff got my information & had my benefits figured out by the time i arrived. I had an emergency extraction and was on my way home within 90 minutes. I've not had positive dental experiences most of my life but this was a great experience considering the circumstances. For now, I'm no longer dreading the dentist.
