Dr Michels worked to save my sight from an orbital tumor on my optic nerve. He was upfront every step of the way with what my options were. We had difficult decisions to make to save my eye/vision. I fully trusted Dr Michels . I can't imagine going through the removal of my tumor via craniotomy with any other doctor. I'm healing now tumor free and 20/30 vision! Dr. Michels did the surgery to cure eyelids that drooped. the lower lid was drooping away from my eyeball. The results are great. I later had a different problem with one eye and went to my Optometrist. He didn't diagnose the problem so I went back to Dr. Michels and he diagnosed the problem, removed the offending growth and I walked out of the office with no side effects, except that I was in no pain and the problem was gone. His office staff is professional and his facility is modern and well equipped.
