Nurses are rude and insensitive. I haven't been physically examined since my initial visit 2 years ago.

I had an excellent experience at the pain clinic today, getting multiple referrals for the help I needed.

I am an old retired nurse with neck pain. This doctor was able to help my neck in positive ways, encouraging and prescribing Nsaids, PT, injections, I have avoided surgery so far. Thanks for all your help, I really really appreciate the office and staff

Brancolini is the first doctor I've met who was unwilling to review my medical history/symptoms and given to taking offense at being informed his assumptions/conclusions were incorrect/incomplete as a result. He does not believe in treating pain in anyone under the age 70 (that's a direct quote) (seriously, it is, and he's a what now? pain specialist, was it?) and does not want to hear about your pain or how it affects your ability to work, sleep, or function. If you correct/remind him too many times about an aspect of your medical history, he begins angrily cutting you off. He refuses to answer questions or explain his medical opinions. Whatever you do, when he says that treating you "isn't part of his practice", don't ask whether that means that he doesn't believe that a treatment exists, or whether he's a pain specialist who doesn't believe in treating pain, or whether he just doesn't want to treat YOUR pain. If you do that, he storms out of the room.
