Did not want to put claim in for my insurance to pay for inserts for my shoes , cause I am not diabetic and never received them,

Had a very long wait for the first appointment. The doctor answered her phone several times during the visit. Was expecting a little more professionalism over all.

Waited 45 minutes on first visit, doctor cancelled the second, and then there was an hour wait before we walked out on the third visit! Blew us off when we asked questions about the planned procedure too
