Dr. Schur and his staff made me feel so at ease and welcome. When I ordered a clear retainer and did not like how it felt in my mouth, I went back to ask to get a plastic one made instead. I assumed I would pay for the replacement, but they made it for me for free. They really care and go above and beyond!
