Huge red flag if Dr. John Walker diagnoses your child with Concha Bullosa and says they will need a medical procedure done to fix your child’s orthodontia. I highly encourage you to get second and third opinions – reach out to your pediatrician and gain their independent, professional opinion. My child never experienced ANY symptoms, yet, he was adamant that this was a required procedure to enable my child to have a corrected bite that he created. When told I had second opinions that proved otherwise (my pediatrician and 2 other independent ENT’s), he berated the other doctors saying they didn’t know what they were talking about. The work that Dr. Walker did was good orthodontia, it’s just unfortunate that he has such tunnel vision now and is so focused on airway procedures vs. orthodontia. Do your homework.
