If I could leave a 0/5 for SHIKHA SETHI, M.D. I would, my appointment with her on 9/19 was horrific I have never encountered a doctor who was more interested in getting paid than patient care, my appointment ran an hour long and for 45 mins she just kept repeating why I was there if my pain was accident related because insurance is not going to cover the payment, I tried to explain to her that my pain has been there since way before the accident and the pain was aggravated after the accident and she did not want to listen to anything I had to say after 45 mins of being concerned about payment she said “well since we have little time left and there’s no point of letting you leave since you’re already here, let’s talk about what’s going on with your pain” I tried to tell her I emailed over my records to her and we can go over them together since it’s a complete history of what’s wrong and then we can go from there” but she interrupted me and said there’s too many pages here and we don’t have time to go over all of this and then she started to go over and she kept repeating I need images I can’t go off another persons report. After that she continued to scan over my reports and said that non of my injections were related to my disc bludge and said that I should google at home what neck pain is and what disc buldge is because I’m not understanding the difference and she doesn’t have time to go over it in detail with me. After berading me for an hour she told me she can’t help me until I get images and I figure out the payment situation, and then walked out of the room. I received my discharge papers and as I was walking down the hall she stopped me infront of other people and loudly said “ don’t worry we will figure out the payment before we get you back in this office” which was very embarrassing. After I left that office I cried for 3 hours I was not only embarrassed but also felt like like no one wants to help me with my pain.
