This office took more than a month to get back to me regarding an issue that was stated to be urgent. After that time I called them to complain about lack of progress. Only after that was I called back and assured that they would handle the issue. I was told by "Tanya" that she would call me back either that day or the following with more information. A week went by with no call. I called back, spoke with the receptionist and was transferred to "Tanya" who refused to speak with me and them hung up on me. I had to physically make an appointment with the doctor where he profusely apologized and said it was "ridiculous" that i had to physically come into the office regarding the issue. Absolutely horrible staff and handling of the situation.
