Office staff is unreliable. They not give doctor messages when they take the information & act as if informationTerrible patient doctor care. Service quality is poor. They require a weeks notice to refill slip.
When put on hold, the line goes dead after waiting at least three minutes.

Dr. Datta requires at least a 5 day notice to refill medication, however, sometimes the phone line will connect with the office and sometimes it won't.I would have to spend days trying to call over and over to try to get a refill. When I informed Dr. Datta of this he said I needed to learn to "deal with things like this".But I was running out of my medication, which I am physically addicted to and run out and become sick while just trying to call the office to request a refill.Also, no place to leave a message. When I finally would get through,Dr. Datta would NOT bother to write a refill slip within 5-6 days. I couldn't call to see if it was ready, so I would have to drive there to check only to find out it was not there. Ended in me having a break down in the office (with office staff giving me dirty looks, I don't think they know they are working with mentally ill patients.)After they tired of dealing with me, another doctor wrote the script.Dr.Datta does not care about his patients
