My name is Mansour and had A rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder and had a surgery on Aug 8 2019 with Dr Heisey. This is really a nightmare to me why I let her to be my surgeon. I had two other surgeries in the last two years. A total replacement on my left knee with Dr. Kenneth Morrison and he was an excellent surgeon I had a rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder with David A. Detrisac. My only problem with his surgery was the pain which I had to suffer becuase of my right shoulder but other then that he was an excellent surgeon but let to me to talk about Dr Heisey. It is still a nightmare and unbelievable. I always ask my self why I trusted her. She is the most unprofessional surgeon I have ever seen. The only time I saw her it was two times before surgery to convince me for the surgery and even so she was not responding my call until she heard I was going to cancel my appointment for the surgery. She called me back and promise me every thing will be ok after surgery. But after surgery she never met or responded my calls and left me alone with a lot of pain. When I called office and I was really upset the office manager said the doctor does not speak to the patients and they must see her assistant Dr Jordan, a very young doctor and this is really cheating to me and left me alone with a lot of pain with out any pain medication after 25 days of the surgery. This must be really a sham for a surgeon acting like this. I am a God believer and asked God for the judgment. I give her number 1 just for her degree and never recommend her to any one and I hope God does the judgment

Dr. Heisey completely repaired my Rotator Cuff and later scoped my right knee and I am very satisfied. Dr. Heisey will really get on your case to make sure you do your therapy, improving your chances of full recovery. I would recommend her any time. Great person

I have been seeing her for years. I RA and she has done lots of my surgeries for hip, shoulders, and knees to clean up arthritis. I don't trust anyone like her. The staff work great with you to get you what you need.
