The staff is horrible, absolutely no help!Called to attempt to schedule a pre-surgery physical. Was told to have surgeon fax in the request. I explained that I had already scheduled 2 other pre-surgery appts. without any problem. Staff did not want to hear it, I was told to fax in paperwork and they would get back to me.
