The scheduling is just awful. Called three times after being put on hold for 20 minutes to make an appointment. I made an appt. to just speak with mrs. Linda about birth control but she wouldn't see me due to not getting an ultrasound that would of cost me 250 dollars. I do not have that kind of money and I was not notified before arriving and waiting 40 minutes that I couldn't see her without it. After waiting that long and not seeing her I got scheduled for my ultrasound. The staff notified me that they would get in contact with me couple days prior to the ultrasound, to tell me if my insurance covers it. It didn't but only found out the day of the appt. after calling serval times. I still drove all the way to savannah and then they called me as I arrived at the office. I received a call from the savannah office after asking if I was coming. Richmond office didn't tell them. Ban communication. I finally switched offices. I hope you have better luck.

Non understanding and not helpful. I asked for diagnosis and would not comment or recommendation on specialist. She doesn't spend enough time to listen, understand or diagnose a patient.

She didn't even know the prescription that I was talking about wasn't a generic, I bled for 3 days after getting such a painful pap smear from her (never gotten one that painful before!), very slow staff (will put you on hold and forget about you) and when you need to talk to someone they just refer you to the same voicemail (and you WON'T receive a call back) - it's taken them over 5 days to just fax my prescription in and it's STILL not done, I will never go back to this doctor.

I first went to Dr. G when I was in high school. I then thought she was knowledgeable and made me as comfortable as I could be for my first OB/GYN appointment. When I moved back to Savannah after begin gone for college, I went back to Dr. G ONLY because that is where I started. They told me they had my old records and scheduled my appointment. I arrive only to find out they had LOST my records, and acted as if it were no big deal. Then, after the appointment, they tried billing my insurance for services I did not have/receive and did not properly file my claim for more than 6 months (with me calling every week to try and get the claim done). Rude office staff - always treated me like I was a burden. Dr. G has lost her bed-side manner and seems to only care about getting in and out - not caring about you as a person, your needs, your questions. STAY AWAY!!!

I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, had a pee test and a blood test, met with her and then she left just before doing my exam. Horrible wait time, dirty office, tons of crying babies. Best to avoid.

Very smart, but inpersonable. takes a LONG time to get to the back to see her, then she's rushing you out the room.
