arrogant, abrasive, rude. He is a very angy man with a chip on his shoulder. Sets a bad example for residents and frankly, I am concerned that he has a role in a teaching hospital. His competence was never in question. His integrity was persistently being evaluated by superiors. If you are a patient at UNM Hospitals and Esteban Pena is your doctor, simply request a change. if they refuse to remove him, file complaints with the medical board.
