While I think Dr. Hoover is an excellent physician, his staff could do better. They are quite pleasant and punctual, but they miss important items and notices, and the followup is not as strong as it could be. More monitoring of their work is needed.

Dr. Hoover is very incompetent when it comes to patient care. My dad was admitted to the hospital and the nurses contacted him four times to get him to order a necessary medication. My dad has been here all day and has yet to hear back from him. My advice is to avoid this so called doctor unless you want inadequate care.

I had such a wonderful pregnancy and Dr. Hoover was awesome at answering my questions and promptly returning after hours phone calls.
