staff was rude, arrogant - and dentist did not seem adept or caring. Another dentist left two drill bits in my husbands tooth - and referred him to Dr. Brimhall. We spent a couple hours there - and Dr. Brimhall was not only unable to remove the bits, but uncaring - and we were charged $600-800 for the privilege of him doing nothing! And tho we had insurance, the office INSISTED we pay the full amount upfront - and as I waited in the waiting room - I could hear the staff being as uncaring and demanding to other patients on the phone, and in person - demanding full payment upfront even though they had insurance. When the others said they didn't have cash upfront, office staff told them - the same as they told us later - they had a financing program (with steep interest) that they could agree too - EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD INSURANCE ALSO! How many people have that kind of money just sitting in their checking account?!?! (and in our case we were there because of the error of another dentist!) And when our insurance did pay them - we had to wait 2-3 WEEKS for Dr. Brimhall's office to return the paid fees to us! NOT going back, or to any dentist that would refer us to him! (and his office was so arrogant!)
