A GREAT Doctor! What I might have viewed as 'excessive testing', 'an abundance of caution' or 'defensive medicine' resulted in life-saving treatment for a previously undiagnosed disease. If Arnold or Hanna aren't available, I've seen & been treated by their highly qualified Nurse Practitioners.

This doctor is very busy and Iv alawys really liked him but his staff has taken over and is so rude and dont give him messages unless they want to. The office manager acts like she 's the doctor, she is so mean and hateful and has let her job go to her head, the staff all lies togather and I dont think they like it when you go around them they want to make the desisions instead of the doctor, in turn he really dont see what they are doing. this practics really should be handled differently and he might have a good practice. He should FIRE ALL HIS STAFF AND START FROM SCRATCH. IF MORE PATIENTS KNEW ABOUT THIS SITES YOU WOULD REALLY SEE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. We had 7 family members going here and each one has had it with the office staff.

Nice man with a good heart. Office staff is rude, crude, abusive and disfunctional. Calls are not returned; worse they claim you did not call in the first place. A subsequent office visit to Dr. Hana Tepper confirmed their policy is to not call patients back, that only "boutique doctors" return calls. A recurring cough caused him and his daughter (Dr. Hana Tepper) to conclude there was no problem. Worse, they stated the patient really had no issue, rather was full of anxiety and overreacting. By changing doctors we found the problem to be a bulged disc in the neck that impinged the rear of the throat, constricting the passageway causing it to be irritated. Physical therapy and simple treatment remediated the problem. Dr. Tepper should be avoided for any complicated or difficult to diagnose issues.

This doctor is a busy man. A good doctor... but, very hard to reach. Waiting times are long. Call backs are sometimes a few days late. This doctor covers a lot of ground with two offices and nursing homes to visit. His work is facilitated by /'nurse practitioners/' and or other doctors covering for him. I regard a doctor as someone who is there to help when you need help. I think this doctor is too busy as he has built up a large practice.
