Dr Roberts staff was very polite and accommodating. I had some family with me because I didn't know what to expect. She brought in an extra chair and even interacted with my infant grandson. Dr Roberts was on time and very courteous. He was open, and very matter of fact. He didn't beat around the bush and didn't push me in any one direction. He acknowledged my fears and put me at ease. He was very respectful and answered every question to my satisfaction.

Dr. Roberts & Kerri are wonderful and professional! I have been with them for 3 years now and he has gone out of his way to help.I notice the complainers ,about being discharged for taking meds they shouldn't are mostly medi-care,wich means welfare. These are the ones who are trying to get meds because they are just addicts or looking to sell them. I see no valid insurance holder complaining! The only issue I have is a couple years ago the office was closed for 3 days due to weather. I ran out of my very powerful meds & the DR. had no answering service, only answering machine. I had to go to the ER & all they would give was 6 percocet ,thats not equal to a piece of one of the pills I take. otherwise outstanding!

When I started going to Dr. Roberts I though he was great. Great personalty, he was the type of doctor that everyone wants. Everything was going great until this no personalty, unprofessionl, Quack PA. Thats what she is,a Wantbe I have other words for her. Doctor Roberts went from "Great Place to Go" to "I hope The Blond Quack isn't Here Today. She does not no how to talk with patients at all. My last visit to Dr. Roberts or the Quack, she walked in, handed me a piece of paper, says read this and before I could finish she says"What the Hell are You Doing, We Could Have Gone To Jail, no explanation at all. I said "What the Hell Are You Talking About. She then says, " we will not see you again find another clinic, here are your prescriptions opened the door and walked. I asked to speak to Dr. Roberts, he told me, from the other side of the patient counter, there is nothing I (He) could do. The Pain Center left me on 2 strong narcotics trying to find another Pain Clinic.

I had been a patient of Dr. Roberts for three years and never once broke my contract. However, during after hours, I suffered from a ruptured knee and wound up in the er where i was prescribed a small amount of narcotic medications. Dr. Roberts was treating me for back pain; how was I suppose to know that there weren't different meds for knee pain? AND I CALLED FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND TOLD DR. ROBERTS STAFF ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. Ms. Frey treated me like a drug addict and said I had been doctor shopping and was gong to be discharged which they did. AFTER THEY HAD ME ADDICTED TO POWERFUL PAIN MEDICATIONS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP TO MY WORST ENEMY! ALSO, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE TRIED TO POST MY FEELING ABOUT THIS DOCTOR ON THIS SITE BUT STRANGE THING, IT NEVER GETS PRINTED!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts and Dr. Frey for a little over a year now. All of the staff have been nothing but wonderful. If you are truly in pain Dr. Roberts and Dr. Frey will go over and above to do everything possible to help. They have made it possible for me to continue working full time. I have been to several doctors befor I was referred to The Pain Center by my GP but I have never had doctors as caring and compassionate as these. I had an RFA procedure for low back pain yesterday and I am 75% better today. The doctors will not stop trying until they have helped you. I was so scared to have the procedure done but Dr. Roberts talked me through it and gave me more numbing medicine until I was as comfortable as possible. His nurses are also caring and compassionate. I am almost in tears as I type this and want to go hug them for all they have done for me. I just want to say thank you for making my life better!!!!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Roberts, and my initial impression of him was great. He gave me a prescription, which I was unable to find at any of the local offices. I called his office THREE times; twice I left a message and the third time I actually spoke with someone and explained the problem She told me she would call me back, but I never heard a word. In the meantime, I was diagnosed with eye cancer and my whole world fell apart. About a year later I made another appointment, and rather than seeing Dr. Roberts, I saw his Physicians Assistant who could profit greatly by attending charm school. She accused me of never calling back and then proceeded to infer that I was just an addict looking for drugs. This has been the toughest year of my life, and I felt like a whipped dog when I left the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for nearly three years now, and I can attest that he is not just a medical professional; he is a caring individual. I suffer from RSD and a number of other conditions, and from the beginning Dr. Roberts has gone above and beyond to explain my condition, prognosis, and options. I have tried a few procedures to try and curtail my symptoms, and while in the process of receiving the most recent treatment, the pain from the procedure became unbearable...rather than tell me to tugh it out, Dr. Roberts told me that we could stop and he wouldn't ask me to ever try it again. THAT is my kind of doctor--one that wants to help, but isn't willing to pressure you to do something you aren't comfortable with. He listens, words can't describe how truly valuable that quality is in a doctor. I have come to consider him not only as a great doctor, but as my friend. I highly recommend him if you are truly in pain. Libby, the receptionist, is very friendly.
