Great office staff, Nursepractioner, excellent, Dr. Nguyen, excellent!

Horrible office. If you're ever sick and wish to see this physician, do not count on it. She will have availability in one month and will automatically refer you to urgent care. Ran out of medication and need a prescription refilled in an emergency? Sorry, they have no availability and will refer you to urgent care. Apparently this doctor only does annual checkups and will never have availability for anything else. Incredible.

Not having been educated in the medical field, I am not qualified to rate Dr. Nguyen's knowledge and I do not feel that most patients can correctly do so. I gave her a four because I do not feel that she is thorough enough. I have personally had to suggest certain blood work be done that resulted in an actual need to do so.
This method of rating is also very unfair because it is subject to negative ratings being posted due to irate patients without reason for their actions.
