While visiting the Hamptons, my back went out. Desperate to get relief, I decided to try acupuncture and found Michelle. I was amazed how quickly (2 treatments) my back pain disappeared. I was back to vacation mode because of her treatment and care. My only wish is that she lived in England as now I am a firm believer in acupuncture.

I have been seeing Michelle for a little over a year now. I was having trouble conceiving as well as holding a pregnancy. I had 2 miscarriages before starting acupuncture treatments with Michelle. I was very discouraged and depressed about my situation before beginning treatment. From the very first visit I had with Michelle, I began to feel hopeful and even excited again to try to start a family. She spent so much time with me the initial exam and was very thorough. I had not been cared for and listened to at other doctors offices. Michelle is incredibly knowledgable and caring. I loved that in addition to amazing acupuncture treatments, she also counseled me on healthy eating and lifestyle. I look forward to my weekly acupuncture sessions with Michelle. As a person who absolutely hates needles it took alot to try acupuncture. I was nervous but Michelle was able to calm me down and treat me with success. Walked in not able to stand up straight and within a couple of hours I was straight again. Michelle is a fabulous practitioner who I highly recommend.

would like to recommend Michelle Iona, an acupuncture specialist, whom I have been patronizing on a weekly basis for the last three years. I had been suffering from chronic neck and back pain, and through her amazing treatments, she has been able to alleviate much of the discomfort. My name is XXXXXX and I am a co-owner of XXXXX in New York City. Five years ago, I was referred to Michelle Iona because I was suffering from severe arthritis in my hands. As a golf fanatic, the thought of giving up golf because of the pain I had, was disastrous. I had been treated by the top orthopedic doctors in New York to no avail… injections and other therapies.

I thought acupuncture was BS, but was I wrong. I am playing golf pain free for the last five years because of the acupuncture treatments that Michelle Iona has given me. I have no more pain or swelling as long as I have bimonthly treatments.

Unprofessional. I was rushed, felt unrelaxed, and was not in a comfortable environment. I kept hearing about other pt.'s colons through the walls, doors slamming, and people walking up and down the halls. She left needles in my abdomen on one of my visits. When telling her I was uncomfortable she became angry and told me that I was in a doctors office. She had entered the room to obtain supplements for patients and to stock the cabinet. This is not part of the relaxing part of acupuncture and I was leaving with headaches. I was there to get rid of headaches. I would not suggest her. She made me feel like any progress made was never good enough or correct.
