I have been a patient for several years and trust the practice implicitly. I recently needed an urgent referral and both Dr. Davis and Marge handled it professionally and without causing me additional stress. I feel well cared for and am in very good hands medically.

I recently visited Dr. Davis and was a little hesitant after reading some reviews. After this last visit I won't be returning. While Dr. Davis was fine, it was Marge, the Optician that I had a bad experience with. While waiting for my eyes to dilate, I was looking at frames and Marge was helping a mother and daughter. After they left she ignored me and only spoke to me when Dr. Davis returned. She was rude, offered no opinions or assistance to help me find frames and told me I should come back with someone else to help me find frames. She made it apparent that she was not interested in helping me. Dr. Davis was the one who offered to take pictures of frames on me with my phone so I could go home and think about them. The ones I tried on she set aside in case I wanted them and I could call her back about them because I wasn't ordering them that night. While paying for the exam I asked Marge what my prescription was so I could understand how strong my prescription was. She flipped through a pile of papers and wouldn't give it to me and told me "your eyes are never the same" and she brushed me off. A few days later I spoke to someone else in the office and they were willing to give me my prescription. A day after calling I got a voicemail my glasses were ready. I never ordered them!! When I called to tell them that I spoke with Marge and she argued with me and told me that I did order them and was fitted for them and everything. I told her I didn't order them again and I was never fitted for them (I would remember that!). She responded rudely, said "fine" and hung up. It's pretty bold to order glasses I DIDN'T give the okay for and tell me I was fitted for them when I wasn't. There are plenty of other places in the area. I will be going elsewhere.

I have been with Dr. Davis for quite some time. I am very satisfied with the services there. Dr. Davis is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She always allows time for questions and does not ever make me feel rushed. Marge has been wonderful in assisting me for years in picking eye glasses and sunglasses. She gives me great feedback and is positive in assisting me with selections. She also knows how to give constructive feedback if a style is not particularly flattering that I have picked out. I have been a Patient of the office for some time now and am extremely please with the service and the knowledge of the staff. I leave with the confieience the my exam was extremely thorough and that Marge has selected the correct pair of frames for me. I recieve so many compliments on my glasses and i see better out if them than I have ever from prior doctors prescritions. The office location is great and I never have a problem scheduling any appointments! I highly recommend this office to everyone.

I went into Dr. Davis' office to look at glasses. Once I picked a pair that I was interested in, I asked the optician for a price estimate. She conveyed to me that she was too busy to call my provider (while a family member of mine saw her playing Solitaire on her computer) and insisted on calling me with the estimate on my cell phone. A week passed, I never received a call or voicemail, and later realized that she left a voicemail on my home phone, which she said she could not do due to HIPAA privacy issues. She then continued to make my glasses without my permission WHATSOEVER. I confronted the office about it and they had a “leave us alone, we do not care” attitude. Not only did this happen, but they refused to release my records to me which is completely ILLEGAL. This matter was not resolved. I do not recommend this eye doctor to ANYONE. Rude, unprofessional, and money hungry.
